Overall very impressed, a few concerns.

Speaking for only myself, I have been very impressed by the quality of engagement and support that that LivePerson team has provided me. I have also been impressed by their commitment to continuous improvement through the rollout of new features as well as willingness to listen to our needs for future needs or custom functionalities. Truly innovative and game changing solution.

Great platform. No one else in the industry is doing the kinds of stuff they’re doing. Building a bot is tricky but they help you build it or they build it for you completely. Being in the retail industry, they’ve helped me scale sales related questions to help convert sales faster. In the past someone would email a question and we would reply next day, potentially giving an entire day for the user to find an alternative. Now we help right when and where they need help to close the deal faster.

"Implementation and onboarding"

What do you like best? It is a good platform and if implemented correctly it could have been great for us. What do you dislike? The implementation process was from the start. The Implementation manager would not attend meetings or would be late, we did not launch on time and the functionality when launched sub-par. Bad sales service

A guy named Tamir made a Demo with me , then he sent an email, and later on disappeared. I rarely come across with this kind of behavior in the business world. I now see the amounts of negative feedbacks, so I understand this is the way they run things there

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Working with these folks are impossible. Tried to cancel my account and I was "outside" of the 30 day billing notice that they trap you in. So, now I'm paying for a service that I don't use for another 6 months. BEWARE!!

What do you like best? It has helped my business with web visitors based on activities such as the part of the site they visit, how long they spend there and their previous interaction. "The program works as advertised, but there are other programs out there at a fraction of the cost "

What do you like best? The chat feature is easy to integrate to your website, and the system is powerful. We used this for several years and we didnt have any issues with it. What do you dislike? Awful Customer Service!! No transparent pricing!!

We were a loyal customer for years. Our liveperson stopped working for two months because of an image issue in their backend - we were not notified. When we finally got it to work again, it would only work on and off. I was unable to reach a customer service rep on the phone no matter ow much I asked They refuse to call you. Worst company I have ever dealt with

If it was possible, I would give the company a 0 star. For a company that does live chat, it is impossible to reach a live support person. After using them for two years, we decided to cancel our account. It took us two days chatting with the chat bot to finally reach a person to cancel account. Even then, that is just a request to an account manager. The account manager responded that we are on a yearly plan though making monthly payment, and that we have to give at least a 30 day notice. ...
