Does what it says
Does what it says, sits in the background doing back up silently and does the job. When and if a problem occurs tech support are extremely efficient at sorting. Nice guys to deal with.

Been using it for years
Been using it for years, good robust and reliable product. Fire and forget, but always remember to check periodically that the system is working, I did once accidentally move a load of files out of the folders that I had specified for backup.
