10 year customer …. Excellent.
I think I’ve been with Livedrive for the past 9 or 10 years. They started out as my offsite ‘home backup of last resort’ but as their product offering developed so to did the features. For me it is truly ‘in the background’ peace of mind. I have only had cause to raise a support call (my issue) on one occasion in all that time and the support was excellent.
