Great app for chatting customers. Very helpful and worth the money!
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? The app itself is straightforward to install and navigate. It took us only a few hours to familiarize ourselves with the features and get the hang of it. By the end of the day, almost everyone in the sales team is an expert in using LiveChat. What aspects are problematic or could work better? So far, I am satisfied with the app's performance. But it would be nice if it could give us details of our running statistics. Real-time metrics ...

Great app for chatting customers. Very helpful and worth the money!
PROS: The app itself is straightforward to install and navigate. It took us only a few hours to familiarize ourselves with the features and get the hang of it. By the end of the day, almost everyone in the sales team is an expert in using LiveChat.

Amazing app for my team. This is the best so far.
PROS: My manager told us that they were going to add an app that would help us do our jobs better. I was quickly impressed with what LiveChat can do, and they invested time to teach us how to navigate the app efficiently. It is very basic, no-frills, and even a beginner can easily catch up. I want to extend my thanks and gratitude to the awesome support team from Poland who was always there to answer all of our questions.

What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is a relatively straightforward software that allows you to chat with web visitors and vice versa. For that purpose alone, it does exactly what it's supposed to. It's relatively easy to get up and running, and the backend is very straightforward and easy to use. It's also pretty cheap.
