"Excellent back up to Text CS"
What do you like best about LiveChat? As a fallback it is amazing in usability but our seats are limited so it seems to crash What do you dislike about LiveChat? The lag on server response when we are close to max capacity. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? As a back up it serves it's purpose. Sadly it cannot be used as our primary.

What do you like best about LiveChat? So multiple users can chat for a small fee of about $16/month. What do you dislike about LiveChat? There's a source code you have to enter to use it as multilingual. What do you like best about LiveChat? I like that I could solve my customers problem in a decent time while they wait without actually having to put them on hold. Also consumers like the fact that customer service is just a click away. What do you dislike about LiveChat? What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the eye-catchers ,they come in different templates and have greatly attracted lot of our web. visitors to chat with a support agent. Without the eye-catchers, it is very likely lot of our customers wouldn't had been aware of the availability of live support. What do you like best about LiveChat? Livechat is the most feature rich helpdesk tool I have used. I love the social integration feature which allows me communicate with my coys customers right from our Facebook page. What do you like best about LiveChat? The reporting functions that allow me to monitor. What do you dislike about LiveChat? nothing. it fits my needs and the needs of our customers very well. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? it allows me to review conversion rates and reach customers electronically and more than 1 at a time.
