"Very impressed"

What do you like best about LiveChat? The ability to have clients contact customer service at any time. Also liked that I could monitor what my agents we're saying. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing. It was an extremely easy service to use. Also great customer service when I needed assistance. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Solving online customer questions/concerns. The after hours option is awesome.

What do you like best about LiveChat? I like it’s simple and easy use. It was relatively easy to filter interactions. What do you dislike about LiveChat? The GUI was a bit confusing at first. Other than that, I enjoy the fact that you can email the interaction to yourself. This is helpful from an auditing perspective. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking and documenting customer issues/interactions.
