"Intuitive and quick"
What do you like best about LiveChat? The software is straightforward and easy to use as a consumer. The format is clear and simple. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I would prefer to have some way of being notified with a sound if I am using the software and switching tabs or windows. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Most customer service questions I have. It gives me quick and easy answers as opposed to having to email or call.

What do you like best about LiveChat? It’s simple, and clean. Not a bunch of click bait features, seamless with most operating systems. Not a bulky service. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Nothing, the program may not have been used extensively enough to have a dislike. I love it. What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? Tech issues, software issues. The program is really good for consulting other chat colleagues.

PROS: LiveChat helps us to improve our workflow and to respond to our customers in a timely manner. We are able to respond to their requirements and answer their questions. This tool provides rating and this means that we can keep track of the numbers of chats, peak times, quality, customer’ satisfaction adn length of chats.

What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the Livechat customer care team ,they are available every minute of the day and take every complaint in their stride with urgency .
