What do you like best about LiveChat? I like the alert system, the notifications, and ease of use. It gives the agent a preview of what the customer is typing so that he/she can respond quickly. What do you like best about LiveChat? Ability to switch desktop and phone - makes it easy to take chat with you. Able to transfer chats with ease and it is easy to use. Affordable from what I hear from accounting. What do you dislike about LiveChat? Tone is hard to express in text which makes customers assume that you are not being helpful.
