What do you like best about LiveChat? LiveChat is the gold standard for customization, either by cloud or server. Our call center used the in-house server solution to launch credit union data processing member (end banking customer) support. "Live Chat Pros and Cons"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Working in a team to be able to transfer chats from one agent to another. So you can choose which department you can talk to. What do you dislike about LiveChat? You can’t cobrowse. So you can only do split screen Recommendations to others considering LiveChat: Know you can ban users for a certain amount of days. "LiveChat is a lifesaver and timesaver"
What do you like best about LiveChat? What I like best about LiveChat is that I can communicate with a live person via computer and not via phone. This comes in handy when you are in a crowded place and you are unable to hear when on the phone but be able to type or text to a live person. "Live and Love Live Chat for More than One Reason"
What do you like best about LiveChat? Instant pop-ups on our website. We have had a number of great leads from Live Chat!! What do you dislike about LiveChat? It opens a case every time someone inquires on a specific properties!! What problems is LiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you? We have realized that the general public views properties at night more than during they day. This is great to have Live Chat because it catches new leads when we are out of the office.

What do you like best about LiveChat? Well designed app, it's a delight to use it. It's not just a chat app, it has a helpdesk tool and a chatbot. Terrible queue management
The livechat on Ryanair has really bad user experience. Mostly because of the queue management. 1. The entry form where you enter your name flashes between "agents not available" and the form, making it impossible to enter anything. 2. You cannot use the chat on mobile devices because, when the device closes, the connection is lost completely and your queue position is reset. A 5 min grace period or so would be great. What do you like best about LiveChat? I like to be connected in less than 5 minutes. This company does that. What do you dislike about LiveChat? I don't like getting disconnected. When clients call into the office outside of normal business hours they get an agent that captures all of their information for us to call back without repeating questions.
