What do you like best about LiveAgent? It helps me to organize multiple client engagement points into an easy to use one single dashboard. Several effective options to categorize tickets and agent management. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? It would be better if we had an option to customize UI (colors, typos) What problems is LiveAgent solving and how is that benefiting you? Managing multiple chats and web form accounts using a minimum number of support agents.

What do you like best about LiveAgent? The ability to use canned responses is fantastic and has saved me a lot of time. I also really appreciate the ability to create custom fields to capture important customer information. What do you dislike about LiveAgent? Sometimes I find the interface a bit confusing. The best thing thing is that the free plan is not so limited and can be used on low - visitors websites! also it's so good that I can make agents accounts easily and the interface is so friendly!
