What do you like best about Little Green Light? I like the flexibility of the query tool. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? I dislike the simplicity. You cannot create custom widgets to compare different funds, etc. What problems is Little Green Light solving and how is that benefiting you? Little Green Light helped us to keep track of donor giving and was simple for our users to navigate.

What do you like best about Little Green Light? Intuitive, lots of features to help with bulk changes. Quick customer service response (usually less than 24hrs). Easy forms integration, lots of customization options. Being web-based, I can double-check donor records on the go to be prepared at meetings or networking opportunities. Love that this is a volunteer management system as well. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? Wish I could "turn off" some fields I don't use to make ...

What do you like best about Little Green Light? Easy and user friendly. Tons of features. Everything we need to effectively track donations and send emails. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? Nothing I can think of. Everything works well to our needs. What problems is Little Green Light solving and how is that benefiting you? We are tracking our donors and segmenting groups better to tailor campaigns.

"Easy to use! Favorite donor management software!"

What do you like best about Little Green Light? LGL has been super easy to learn. We had to transfer all of our data over from another donor management database and it was a breeze. We didn't lose any info in the process. Also pulling reports is very simple which I appreciate. The customizable dashboard is also very nice! Overall my experience with LGL was been fantastic. The platform makes collecting donations, donor information, and donor communication a breeze. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? Made especially for non-profits!

PROS: LGL has a CRM function that benefits our operations. It's not expensive and yet offers an enterprise-level system! It's really helpful to small non-profit organizations. The support team of LGL is reliable and is always able to resolve issues immediately. CONS: It doesn't have some complex functions that other CRMs have.

What do you like best about Little Green Light? The price is great for what you get in LGL. It's relatively easy to use, and it's customizable to what your organization needs as well. What do you like best about Little Green Light? It's a great fundraising CRM if you aren't also dealing with ticket sales; it's simple, effective, and much less clunky than Salesforce or Patronmanager. What do you dislike about Little Green Light? Its integration with Stripe doesn't work as well as for PayPal, and the fees can be prohibitive for automating. What problems is Little Green Light solving and how is that benefiting you? LGL is the best!

PROS: LGL allows us to effectively organize all our donors which makes it easier for us to search the database when needed. The integration with MailChimp also comes in handy! CONS: They could improve the tutorials to help the users learn faster. Data tracking and reporting capacities can also be upgraded.

Best non-profit management app!

PROS: This is a simple and cost-effective way to organize our donors, members, as well as funds and grants. CONS: I hope they would allow individual logins soon. They also need to step up when it comes to customer service by adding more channels like hotlines.
