What do you like best? Litmus is great for checking rendering issues on Multiple ESP's and platforms. What do you dislike? The only downside to litmus that I can think of is that, as it captures just a screenshot of the email when opened, you can not do things such as allowing images on Offfice Outlook etc. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We check that all emails are rendering as expected.

What do you like best? Litmus makes it very easy to see how my emails are going to appear in the inbox of various providers. If i had to pick, i would say the best use i have is identifying responsive issues and the monster that is outlook. What do you dislike? The new layout and organization of options is far more helpful to our workflow and has upped our productivity two-fold. What do you like best? The user interface is great. The workflow type edit recently made is really useful. Litmus Proof is what stands out about using Litmus though. It is easy to update code, get feedback, and preview and send out tests. What do you dislike? The cost is the biggest turn-off. What do you like best? Being able to so easily view a mailing in so many different clients. It's helpful to see a little snapshot of a bunch of renders at a glance and then to also be able to zoom in and see the render up close. The interface is very user friendly.
