What do you like best about Listrak? Listrak's software and direct integration into the shopping cart is by far the best thing about them, although I'd also rate their account service very high. What do you like best about Listrak? I have had the pleasure of working with the Listrak team at two of the companies I have worked for. The extensive training and support provided was one of the reasons we wanted to go with Listrak. I've worked with 3 other ESPs prior to Listrak and none have provided the level of understanding of business needs and the dedicated, thoughtful support that I get from my Listrak Success manager - and prior to that, the Sales manager, regardless of spend level.
