Listrak is the leader in automated campaigns, such as shopping cart abandonment campaigns, post purchase campaigns, etc. They not only provide an easy-to-use solution, but also offer the guidance and best practice to get the most out of the solution. They are my go-to option for email services because they ensure that the on-boarding and implementation process is done correctly - every time. What do you like best about Listrak? I like that their consultative approach leads us to make decisions based on needs of the business. What do you dislike about Listrak? I wish they had a way to segment emails based on timezones. What problems is Listrak solving and how is that benefiting you? We are increasing conversion rate, by implementing shopping cart abandonment and including product recommendations in our welcome series emails.
