"Extremely Valuable Tool"
What do you like best about Listen360? The automated review process has been a revelation for our company. We formerly used paper cards that had extremely limited responses and generally very limited comments. Now we are able to get better feedback and set actionable goals. Listen360 provides the opportunity that may not otherwise present itself. i can get feedback from clients and employees that they may not want to share otherwise. What do you dislike about Listen360?
