Does a lot well, has room for improvement.

What do you like best? I love the level of detail when it comes to separating client projects, assigning due dates and priorities. It also does well with the ability to track time - from estimate to remaining. What do you dislike? The email alerts can be misleading, some dates are stripped and it may appear that a notice that came through today is due today, though it was a comment from a year ago. LiquidPlanner works great for our agency

What do you like best? LiquidPlanner's API allows us to track our progress on 3rd party reporting software. What do you dislike? They don't really have a good method of repeatable tasks. Each month we are adding in new tasks for the month and a lot of the tasks are similar to the previous month. We wish they have a way to do repeatable tasks. Easily drill down and bubble up

What do you like best? I like the simplicity of the user interface. My company is starting with 30 users and piloting various features. It's very easy to get people in, using the tool, right away without burdening them with a bunch of unnecessary features. The support that we get with the team is also amazing - Keiko jumps right in with answers to questions and is always willing to train/onboard new team members. What do you dislike? Highly technical, flexible access to scheduling and planning data

What do you like best? The API. The way everything is structured in the API What do you dislike? The UI. It's insanely hard to discern things sometimes (inherent with intensive data analysis). Recommendations to others considering the product: The UI is scary. The data is amazing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Scheduling. Client Management. We can more accurately give clients estimates for quotes or ETA on a task.

Very effective web based project management

What do you like best? Staying organized with tasks and seeing your schedule is awesome. We also love being able to track billable vs. non billable activities and create monthly reports. Being web based makes accessibility from anywhere very convenient. What do you dislike? It’s a little expensive. Great Project Management Tool for a Series Team

What do you like best? Smart system. Everything has been carefully thought through so there has never been a need that didn't have a solution. Customer support is fantastic. After years of use, they still stick with us when we have new staff or old questions. The support isn't just how to use the tool but how to properly manage projects with the tool. Highly intuitive time tracking software, ideal for dozens of ongoing projects and clients

What do you like best? I like that the product can easily handle 50+ clients, 100+ projects and in our business, 15 employees tracking time simultaneously. They provide any kind of report you'll need, and have support staff on hand at all times to help with any issues. What do you dislike? There are small things we can't control still, like the ability to lock timesheets mid-week, but they are always improving so I hope those small things will eventually be worked into their ...

What do you like best? Great support, more capabilities than we could ever use! What do you dislike? The calendar feature. How it moves tasks around when they are on multiple peoples calendars. Recommendations to others considering the product: Great product that will do the job! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
