What do you like best about Linnworks? Reliable invetory managment middleware for small multi-channel retailers. Easy intergration of channels and couriers. Support documentation is generally good enough the non-IT staff to set up and manage integrations with technical expertise. Real-time chat support is generally very good, but support tickets can get lost in the system.

What do you like best about Linnworks? Flexibility in the platform is one of its best features, and it can be extended directly via its developer platform. The platform's stability is also a big plus. We've never had any downtime that has affected us.
