Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible. Signed up for the free trial. Tried to setup account and I did not like the formatting so I changed my subscription to free account from the pro but for some reason i still got charged $50 for the year. Reached out to customer service and no one was helpful by any means.

The company refused to return the subscription that I forgot to cancel although the account hasn’t been used for 3 weeks. You don’t try to get every penny you can cuz of an oversight. It’s extremely disappointing. Subscription culture.

Still giving Cait Corrain a platform
A reminder that everyone should delete their Linktree like I did since they are still giving Cait Corrain a platform after her heinous acts. Linktree claims to support POC and LGTQ and Cait specifically targeted these groups and tried to review bomb their books on Goodreads as an attempt to de-platform them. I notified Linktree and they told me they’d look into it months ago. They never did, so I cancelled mine. Caits is still up somehow.

Be careful w Apple Pay they will use that to try and charge ur bank
