What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruitment Marketing? The notifications are based on your preferences/settings. Job searching is easy. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Recruitment Marketing? It's a pro and a con but it does limit you to the people that you can connect to, especially when you have not met them already. What do you like best about LinkedIn Recruitment Marketing? I enjoy the search functions. LinkedIN tALENT allows you to really get detailed in regards to what you are looking for in candidates.
