I have a premium account and several of the search filters were removed but I pay the same price. It makes things twice as difficult to search for quality candidates. What problems is LinkedIn Recruitment Marketing solving and how is that benefiting you? Easier to connect with candidates.

I thought the applicant pool would be greater experience than from other places, but I did not find that to be complete true.
