I found it to be a good way to review available talent and it’s giod as an ongoing source for new hires; however, LinkedIn charges the prospective employees so much to be on their site that it severely limits the search. The cost to advertise for talent is incredibly high as well. For someone like me who is always looking for new hires for sales positions it’s just not cost effective.
