"Clicks but no conversions"

What do you like best about LinkedIn Marketing Solutions? it was easy to set up LinkedIn ad campaigns and advanced targeting. What do you dislike about LinkedIn Marketing Solutions? Clicks are great, but, conversions are what we are looking for. We didn't get measurable return on our investment. What problems is LinkedIn Marketing Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you? We were targeting the Human Resources industry. The benefits were that the ads were easy to set up.
