What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The customer service. They are available 24/7, always patient, and we solve the issue every time. Whether it is with the platform itself, a technical issue, customer-related, ordering hardware, etc. Additionally, they consistently check in and alert us to new developments and things that would benefit our company. They work WITH you for your business' success.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I love how everything integrates. The process of inventorying and the POS system are so easy to use. Any new employee should not have any issues learning this software.

Excellent tool for retail

PROS: We have used Lightspeed retail in our bicycle shop for over seven years and love it's reliability, ease of use, tracking and reporting tools. It's not the least expensive option, but it makes daily operations very smooth and increased our paperless mission. The reporting tools make it easy to track daily and annual finances, inventory trends, and assistance for tax prep. It's a great tool that is worth the cost if you're willing invest the time into making your business revolve around it.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like how easy it is to pull reports and navigate the POS system. What do you dislike about Lightspeed Retail?

This is the best POS system I have used within my 20 years of having a store.

PROS: 24-hour customer service and accessibility Training tutorial videos included to help navigate the system Ability to log on with any computer and work remotely Very user-friendly Easy to navigate CONS: If you lost wifi you would be able to use this system There is an option to use different currencies, which would be an easy calculation on the tender system cannot use decimals or special characters under the tag system All easy fixes that would just improve slightly.

PROS: We’ve had a lot of success using Lightspeed in the shop and for online sales. We’ve even had someone program integrations for specific needs that we had, it works like a charm! CONS: I wish the online database was the same as the in shop database

Highly recommend

PROS: Inventory management, custom reporting, very easy to use and train new staff members, great customer service CONS: Only issue we had is we had to use a different internet browser other than goggle to make sure our receipts printed correctly, but issue was fixed quickley
