great POS system for retail bike shops
PROS: Cloud based great reporting functions easy ecommerce setup and management intuitive platform affordable linked up to our most frequent vendor for easy order imports CONS: I think the only things we ever wish could be different are preferential, meaning if they changed the system to accommodate us, they\'d end up with other users unhappy about the change. There\'s always more than one way to do most things so that helps.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Lightspeed Retail has made our lives 1,000 times easier when it comes to tracking inventory in our small store. We have been able to sell so much more online thanks to the simple connection between the retail platform and their eCom option. but it is relatively easy to chat or call with a representative from the company for help. I appreciate the ease of use of entering new products and the ability to search for previous products,

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The customer service. They are available 24/7, always patient, and we solve the issue every time. Whether it is with the platform itself, a technical issue, customer-related, ordering hardware, etc. Additionally, they consistently check in and alert us to new developments and things that would benefit our company. They work WITH you for your business' success.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The simple fact that I always get a live person every time I call for help and usually my issue is resolved immediately. If not, they are helpful in getting it solved.
