Lightspeed just works for us everyday we turn it on. It handles all of our business needs.We love it
PROS: The ease of use. The consistency. The customer support. The simplification of my end of the day 'closing' the register. The ease of the monthly reports. CONS: I really don't have any 'problematic' or 'could work better' areas of the software. It does exactly what I need it to do, everyday.

"Fantastic POS - Local and Great Customer Service"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The interface is super user friendly and customizable. The pricing is competitive and the customer service is great. The company does a lot for Montreal and contributes back to the community extensively. I always enjoy giving business to a company that is invested in its customers, its neighbourhood, it employees and its community.

Great fit for my pet store.
PROS: This program streamlines every aspect of the back end of my business. Reordering is a breeze and I can do it from home anywhere. Checking in orders is also very easy and it only takes a few minutes to train my employees how to use it. It works well as a time clock, keeps tracks of my customers and allows me to automatically apply discounts appropriately. It runs very efficiently.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Has some nice features. Calculates margins automatically. Automates a lot of functions for retail. supposedly integrates with e-commerce but in reality is very counter intuitive

"Gets the job done!"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I like that it saved a customers purchase history and provided lots of analytical reporting abilities. Also that it synced between multiple locations for transferring data and inventory.

"MerchantOS Lightspeed Retail Review"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? We use Lightspeed Retail as our sole operating system. We are able to track inventory, manage payment options, and keep track of employee hours. Very easy to onboard new employees with as well.
