What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? We love the ability to manage our service queue in Lightspeed. We're a small bicycle shop and Lightspeed has helped to increase our organization, profitability, customer service and overall sanity!

My experience using lightspeed
PROS: 1. They have a fast support response team. They won't have an answer for your problem but they will pick up your call. (Greg, Luka, Matt, couple of the great support staff they have at light speed) 2. Lightspeed is a good price point for their software. You can have 7 iPads with lightspeed but only pay for 5 systems. This is great if you need to accept payment in different parts of your store. Downside is you can only be using lightspeed on 5 devices at a time but thats fine, you ...

"VEND is very customizable and perfect for retail environments."
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? VEND allows you to set up your POS system with ease, it is a cloud based service so you can refresh the tab and open a new tab in your web browser without losing any information. They're system is very user friendly and very able to customize.
