Best business decision we ever made was switching to Lightspeed
PROS: Simple to use for all employees. Easy to train employees to use. Integrates with our website and marketplaces such as Reverb and eBay. Purchase orders module is awesome. Able to use on my cell phone when traveling or working from home.

"One of the best business decisions we ever made"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Powerful reports, CRM, Inventory control and integrated online store with a point of sale that is easy to use and easy to implement makes this a no-brainer for a small retail business. It's very easy to use, easy to implement and it's never down. Cloud based is terrific as I can check reports remotely.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Lightspeed has been a great system for our retail book/gift store. We did a lot of research on point of sale systems and it was (and still is) the best system we can find. Specifically, the software is easy to use, adaptable to most business models, and accessible anywhere. The inventory management feature continues to be superior. We are able to precisely track inventory at all times. The reporting menu is also extensive, which is super helpful.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Lightspeed is an amazing POS system that has changed the way we do business. This icloud based software is easy to navigate when maintaining inventory, tracking sales, and reviewing work orders. What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Intuitive platform that is easy to use and teach new staff. All of the functions cover the needs of daily operations, as well as adding a powerful reporting program. Lightspeed integrates with other suppliers and software to increase it's capacity, and that's awesome!
