Great pick for POS software
PROS: Ease of learning curve. Fast ramp up when you have a store that you can\'t shut down! You'll be happy with the support you get. CONS: Every once in awhile the integrated merchant service (Im using Lightspeed ) goes down. You don't know it until you've tried to run a card SEVERAL times and it hangs. BUT- this is not the software, its the merchant service Lightspeed uses.

Lightspeed Retail
PROS: Lightspeed provides me with the means to have a POS, track inventory, track employee hours, run reports, and more all from anywhere with an internet connection. CONS: The only downfall is the price, but I still wouldn't pick any other POS software.

Lightspeed POS
PROS: We use the analytics of Lightspeed everyday to make buying, marketing, and sales decisions. Having a cloud based POS system at my finger tips wherever I go has been a game changer. CONS: entering purchase orders takes some time and could be streamlined.

Simple clean easy to use!
PROS: The ease of set-up was amazing I went from being a complete beginner to being extremely proficient in the software with a few weeks. It handles everything from book keeping, point of sales to my inventory. CONS: I really wish that the system integrated with my debit/credit card terminal but I have been told that is a feature they are trying to implement.

Solved our inventory nightmare
PROS: inventory management, analytics are very useful. I use lightspeed to run my warehouse and 2 retail locations. The training was great for my staff as they are able to figure out rather complex process without knowing anything technical. We don't have to guess about inventory anymore with analytics as well. Highly recommended.

"A Great System Overall"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? The ease of use for my staff is great. We also love the ability to add purchase orders and receive them with ease. Our old system did not have this. I also like that it has great inventory management. We just did a recent inventory count and that went so much easier than in years past. Also, the reporting is overall very good. It gives you a good insight into your data. Love that it is cloud-based so we can access it anywhere.
