Very Happy with Lightspeed

PROS: Very user friendly and the "help" that comes with it is amazing! They are easy to reach and always very prompt with their attention to our problems. CONS: Reports could be a little broader. It would be nice to be able to customize a bit more of how things transfer to our accounting software.

Lightspeed has everything I need in a POS!

PROS: Lightspeed has complex reporting that is easy to use CONS: Aspects that have been problematic in the past have been adjusted! Lightspeed is always working to make the service better.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? Ease of deployment, ease of use, provides what is needed for our single store boutique with a new critical exception relating to the Asset History Report which is essential for preparing taxes and numerous other purposes.

Perfect for Small to Medium Size Retail Operations

PROS: Lightspeed has made things easy by allowing us to choose which features and add-ons we implement. As the company has grown, we have taken advantage of more and more of their integrations. The ROI for this product has been excellent since many tasks are automated and need only a simple daily, weekly or monthly reconciliation. PROS: I own The Gun Garage LLC in Sierra Vista, AZ. I've been using Lightspeed POS for a few months now, and I have to say I'm extremely pleased. It's easy to use, VERY thorough in it's details and capabilities and the reports are extensive. My accountant loves the reports too because they are easy to understand and process the information from. I have to say though, my favorite part is the service tracking for my workorders.
