Lightspeed makes it easy for the user as well as your day to day business operations.
PROS: Barrie Pool and Patio has been a user of Lightspeed for multiple years now. We have found this system extremely reliable, efficient, user-friendly and most importantly the support from the company itself is there when you need it. The system is straight forward and I would highly recommend for people who are just starting up a business or even have an existing business.This system is also very easy to teach new hires. It is quite self explanatory.

Outstanding POS system!
PROS: Easy to use. Work remotely. Run any kind of report needed. CONS: Web-based system can be slow during peak traffic times

Lightspeed makes retailing easier.
PROS: Pros: The user interface was my first draw to Lightspeed. Ease of use and mostly easy workflows pulled me in. We also like the numerous integrated addons available. The multi-store feature works well. CONS: Cons: It did not believe in negative numbers but that is changing. We do not like that custom fields don't save the same way as other standard fields.

Best Retail Improvement!
PROS: My inventory is finally right after two years! Doing a physical count of inventory was simple with the capabilities of running multiple inventory stations at once. Lightspeed Loyalty is seamlessly integrated! Lightspeed also has amazing eCom synchronization.

Lightspeed – Love this program
PROS: Lightspeed allows me to keep an eye on my inventory and helps me close at the end of the night. It keeps us accountable at the end of the night and acts as a quick audit (product used should match money collected). Customer service has been great and they are available 24/7 - great for our venue as we would need the help after usual business hours.

Great software, User Friendly
PROS: User friendly, great customer service, great reports, was what we need for our Restore. CONS: None as of right now, maybe having a way to quickly enter customer information
