"Best POS for retail and ecom"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Retail? I really like how they are constantly integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched.

Good start

PROS: I am still in the onboarding phase of using Lightspeed Retail. Their onboarding staff is helpful, organized, and sensible. I have spent a long time researching 12 different platforms before deciding with multichannel platform to move my electronics business to. PROS: Customer service is terrific. Ease of report generation is a plus. CONS: Should you lose internet connectivity, you are in trouble...so have a plan for that!

Best decision we ever made

PROS: Lightspeed is simple to use and easy to train. It completely connects with our Lightspeed eCom shop so all of in our store inventory is completely connected with our website. Lightspeed is also cloud based so I am able to work from my phone or laptop anywhere in the world.

Lightspeed makes it easy for the user as well as your day to day business operations.

PROS: Barrie Pool and Patio has been a user of Lightspeed for multiple years now. We have found this system extremely reliable, efficient, user-friendly and most importantly the support from the company itself is there when you need it. The system is straight forward and I would highly recommend for people who are just starting up a business or even have an existing business.This system is also very easy to teach new hires. It is quite self explanatory.
