Lightspeed is great
Lightspeed is great! Ive been using it since day 1 of the store and have not had reason to complain. They are always responsive to any sort of needs. Typically it is something on my end, browser update, IP address changes, etc... Many things I have been able to do once Ive watched them. Phone help is qiuck and respectful

We've been working with LS since our inception over 10 years ago and it has been a catalyst for our success. The integration and automation with our key partners is a huge benefit saving us time and money. We Love Lightspeed
My name is Michael for The Good Feet Store and we've been using Lightspeed as our POS system for over 3 years now. It is by far the best POS system we've ever used. The custom reporting is a lifesaver, inventory management is easy and accurate, all the POS functions are user friendly, and the customer service is always on point. During the pandemic they have also been very helpful and supportive. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

Their support is 2nd to none. At my previous employer, the software was $300,000 and I could only dream of this type od support

Always goes down during the busiest…
Always goes down during the busiest times of our day and costs us thousands of dollars worth of customers walking out cause it takes over an hour to come back online and it happened again today but worse an hour before closing.

Ease of use of Lightspeed Software
I chose Lightspeed Retail POS software because apart from system to process my sales I needed an easy and quick way to review my stock levels as well as assess my sales from month to month. Lightspeed did not disappoint. I am able to easily generate reports and I’ve also been able to do away with the cost of engaging an employee to do this. Lightspeed since 2016 and love it! Best decision ever.
We've been using Lightspeed Retail and eCom for almost 4 years now. Switching to their cloud based POS from our old software was the best decision we ever made in our 40 years of business.
