I find Lightspeed a great tool for retail
I find Lightspeed very easy to handle, simple to learn and great for reports. I also find the staff who train and are available for any questions or problems to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

kassa werkt goed, webshop matig en een slechte klantenservice.
retail werkt prima, webshop matig. Regelmatig storingen en ze verkopen diensten die niet werkend geleverd kunnen worden. Inmiddels wacht ik al 2 maanden op een door mij aangeschafte dienst die ze niet werkend krijgen. Ze schermen zelf dat ze een platform aanbieden, maar ze nemen geen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun verkochte dienst. Waardeloos. Ook de wachttijden voor de helpdesk is lang. Het is fijn dat de webshop en kassa gekoppeld zijn, maar verder is het niet aan te raden.

Lightspeed Retail has been great…
Lightspeed Retail has been great overall. The only downside is that you cannot run a manual credit card remotely (separate from the cc terminal). Customer service is fantastic and the cloud backup is a big selling point. Highly recommend.

Great product
We have used Lightspeed for about a year and a half. We are a retail clothing store and really like the way it allows you to access the system from anywhere in the world. It is very easy to add items and customers to the data base!

I've been using Lightspeed for many years now and it has helped grow my business every year, even during this pandemic. Support staff is helpful and I've always gotten quick answers to my questions. Keep on developing this great product!

Great product

Webshopsysteem is wel ok
Webshopsysteem is wel ok, maar niet zoals je zou verwachten voor een miljoenenbedrijven als Lightspeed die tientallen developers aan het werk heeft om de software te verbeteren. Veel is niet mogelijk, denk aan:- Producten filteren op basis van categorie in het CMS- BTW bij producten in bulk aanpassen via het CMS- Bij een X aantal productvarianten loopt de software half vast en kan je niets meer toevoegen - dit aantal verschilt ook weer per product variant. Best retail system
This retail system does it all! It has been a wonderful experience from the start. The inventory tracking, the invoicing, Quickbooks integration, time clock, rewards program, and the list goes on of all the awesome features! The customer service is top notch, they are always able to help if you have a question or an issue to resolve (which there are not a lot of issues!!). Highly recommend this!
