We have been using lightspeed since March 2019 and have not been disappointed at all. From the initial demo to going live the Lightspeed team has been there to help us every step of the way. Definitely worth your time to try it

We love how easy this was to set up. It does not require buying $20,000 worth of equipment like our first POS system did back in 2008. In fact it can easily be used with just an iPad! We are not computer savvy at all and this system has never confused us or new employees. We love everything about this system! I find Lightspeed a great tool for retail

I find Lightspeed very easy to handle, simple to learn and great for reports. I also find the staff who train and are available for any questions or problems to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
