Charged £700 for a product that didn't work

They've charged us nearly £700 for a Collection/Delivery product that never got working and are ignoring e-mails regarding refunds. The Click & Collect/Delivery product is extremely poor and not fit for purpose - it's not a self service editor - so there was a 2 week turnaround to change text on our website. Lightspeed has been such a game changer…

Good experience with a good company

As a new client the learning curve in getting up and operational was well managed. Great online tutorials and videos. The support along the way from Lightspeed has been excellent. Call in wait times are decent to this point. Questions are answered quickly and professionally and a few times an outside the box solution was offered for some unique conditions. Lightspeed is easy to set-up and use. Highly Recommended!

The Lightspeed system is easy to set-up, install and begin integrating into your daily operations. The online platform will have you selling items online in minutes! The interface on all three platforms, PC, mobile and tablet is easy to navigate for even the technologically impaired. The customer service is terrific! It's a great POS system and highly recommended!

Lightspeed has it all!

Lightspeed has the most user friendly software I have ever used. I continue to find useful reports and features that I did not know I needed, but now cannot live without. The price is very competitive with other providers who offer less features and support. I would not hesitate to recommend this to ANYONE and EVERYONE, big or small. Seamless integration between brick and Mortar and ecomm

I have a small boutique, work as a one person show at this point and wanted an ecomm presence as well and I found, at the time, Lightspeed was the only one out there that had it all. User Friendly

I love how user friendly Lightspeed is, all my staff picked it up incredibly quickly. It has helped immensely with inventory control and has made doing business during the pandemic easy, eCommerce function set up quickly and I was able to start selling online almost immediately.

Excellent System

We are a small company that needed a all in one solution , and Lightspeed has provided this. Service guys even say it is easy to use. They can complete their own service invoices and adjust inventory , where are last system it was very confusing and time consuming. I would definitely say for big or small it is a great system and user friendly

I was looking for a POS system that…

I was looking for a POS system that would check all the boxes for what I needed. I am able to make my own SKU's, keep track of employee time cards, put my merchandise online with ecom, give my customers a Loyalty Rewards system, and run any number of different reports to help me understand how and why things are selling. With Lightspeed you get all of this in one package. It may seem like the price is higher than other POS systems, but Lightspeed delivers far more than those other systems.
