I spoke to a rep 2 weeks ago and spent time detailing what we needed from our new Epos system. He asked all the right questions and told me some one from the technical team would contact me to discuss a potential work around for our stock handling. I wasted a week waiting and have not heard from them since that call. Very disappointed, we were ready to sign up and go for it, just need a decent Epos software/ hardware provider, but that seems more difficult than you would imagine....

A Must-Have!
We have been using Lightspeed for 2+ years now and absolutely love it! We are able to utilize many of their components to assist us not only in the basics (inventory, sales) but analytics and E-Comm. LS staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and quick to respond to our needs.

Worth the investement
Lightspeed is great for any sized retail. We have a small pet food store with thousands of SKUs and Lightspeed POS has helped us to organize, analyze and manage our inventory with ease. We have also added ecomm and loyalty which allows us to get online and increase our customer loyalty with ease. The onboarding and customer service is beyond our expectations. Well worth the investment.

The Absolute Worst
We’ve been in business for 5 years now (and been in the small business world for another 15). Our experience with Lightspeed is single handedly the worst experience we have ever had with any vendor, rep, or supplier. And it’s not even close. I honestly don’t even know where to start. From the over promising and under delivering on the actual integration and battling back and forth for over a month on trying to get the setup right to deciding to break our contract based on all their broken ...

Charged £700 for a product that didn't work
They've charged us nearly £700 for a Collection/Delivery product that never got working and are ignoring e-mails regarding refunds. The Click & Collect/Delivery product is extremely poor and not fit for purpose - it's not a self service editor - so there was a 2 week turnaround to change text on our website. They couldn't configure the system to clearly print tickets for the kitchen to differentiate between pick-ups and deliveries and couldn't turn off receipts automatically printing out ...
