Only getting better.
Been using Lightspeed for about 2 years at our restaurant. Like any POS, it is what you make of it. When staff is asked (which is often) what improvements can we make to be more efficient, there is not much that can be added. We have figured out all the workarounds the existing system is incapable of, but we are told by technical support that the development team is constantly working on updating the software. All in 1 system
Would highly recommend with physical + ecom store. Everything is in 1 place. even though there is webinars for training. I was able to work on the ecom and the retail inventory and all before I was done all of the training! easy to use. Whenever i Needed support I got it away and issue solved as well. Really satisfied so far. Don't regret switching. Muso & Spaw

WORST COMPANY EVER EVER EVER
I honestly can't believe there are any good reviews based on our experience. We used Shopkeep for 10 years and since they've taken over we have been left in the dark with equipment that doesn't work. We are reporting them to the BBB. A MONTH of asking for help and being kept on hold, having them promise a call back and never, not once. I have never ever in any arena received worse service.

Quick fix...thank you!
As can be the nature of the beast, sometimes there are small glitches in a system. I had mistakenly let a gateway go between Lightspeed and my web platform, and inventory information was no longer being shared. Lightspeed helped me identify the problem, and it was a quick seamless fix.

LIGHTSPEED makes life easy!
PROS: The different interfaces your able to have on a restaurant platform. Regardless of what type of service you want to offer, they have all the solutions! CONS: Reporting could be better, and i got confirmation they are already working on the known issues.

Great experience for growing offline/online vintage shop

As new business owners we've found their tools to be easy to use and integrates well with our step-by-step maturity - from small shop in town to expanding our online business.
