Best POS/customer service…
Before we opened our restaurant we shopped around for the best POS System and Lightspeed was by far the best of them all, pricing was competitive, customer service was exceptional...The system is user friendly and the team is always available to answer our questions. We highly recommend Lightspeed Abdelmalek S. Casablanca Authentic Moroccan Cuisine

Excellent customer service!
This is my second store with Lightspeed, this one has a brick-and-mortar location and an eCom site. I control purchasing and inventory within the system on both platforms. I just added Lightspeed payments to simplify the workflow and I'm very happy with it. They have an excellent customer service. Trust me, they're good at what they do!

Horrific customer service!
In 2021 I wrote a stellar review about their customer service. It has changed horribly. It is now so bad, I plan to move away next year. Their help chat is either the robot or somebody that is incompetent and when I ask for somebody else, I wait. Today I waited one hour before I gave up. Same problem on the phone, you talk with someone who always has to refer to a more knowledgeable person that I cannot talk to. Disappointing. Lightspeed is a fantastic POS
Lightspeed is a fantastic POS. Reliable, easy to program good functionality. Don't need a computer degree to set up or program. In 3 years our POS has not crashed or stalled. Customer support is remarkable. The team is knowledgeable and professional. My questions are answered the same day. One less thing I have to worry about.

A great POS for restaurants!
We use the restaurant POS and it's always met our needs. The ipad solution is mobile, we use it for our catered events, as well as our brick and mortar locations. They invest heavily in product improvement and have even added features that we personally requested. Cloud reporting is a must and their solution is functional and easy to use. We can monitor real time sales from multiple locations at once. Highly recommend!!

Integrating Self-Order into our POS
We have had Lightspeed POS for a little over 2 years and have just added Lightspeeds Self-Order system to the regular POS system. It was not too hard to integrate with a little help from support - who are absolutely the best! We always are able to speak to someone who can help us right away or will get us the help we need quickly.
