We're FootWorks Running
We're FootWorks Running, a small locally owned running specialty store in Miami, FL. We switched to Lightspeed about 3 years ago. We looked into RICS and LS and chose LS. We're very happy with the platform and their support staff. I also recommend using Lightspeed Payments. We just switched from Cayan Genius/TSYS/First Data. Our credit card processing is much better now, integrated, and we're not calling 3 different companies for help.

The Lightspeed or Shogo software is…
The Lightspeed or Shogo software is good but what lets the whole experience down is the level of software support. If you plan to map your Lightspeed software to your accounts software the support behind any issues you experience along the way is very poor. I've dealt with all the top accountancy software support teams over the years and sadly Lightspeed support not only appear inexperienced but lack initiative to quickly solve basic problems. Tricon Sports lightspeed Experience
We have been using Lightspeed for a bit now and we find it quite helpful for our company. The customer service is always reachable and they always keep us up to date on things. That great service paired with their ecommerce capabilities have really helped us streamline and increase our online sales. Great overall experience and I would recommend to other.

Lightspeed at Lobos Coffee Roasters
I have been using Lightspeed for the last 6 month since we open our coffee house. Here are some of my thoughts on the software. Lightspeed is easy to use and easy setup. It a very cost-effective system as I looked at multiple system. They have added on options that help with online order (which I have not activated yet, but I plan to). Great Pos System
