We love our restaurant POS system from…

We love our restaurant POS system from Lightspeed. It is so easy to use even my newest employee has no problem navigating the POS with minimal training. The reports are excellent and the reliability is outstanding. We tried many programs and Lightspeed was by far the best.

We hebben altijd onsite gehad.Naar dat onze imac automaties heeft upgedate naar macOS sierra 10-13.6 werkt lightspeed niet meer.We hebben al problemen sinds 1juni.Ze hebben onsit toen eer open gezet.tot er weer problemen kwamen naar de update.We hebben nu al een week geen kassa programma.Kan niet bij de facturen wat verkocht is.Kan boekhouding niet inleveren.In 2017 gingen wij naar disneyland parijs, we hadden een aut gehuurd maar konden die niet meenemen omdat er niet genoeg credit meer ...

10 years and growing!

We've been with Lightspeed 10 years and we are still growing together. It's a wonderful entry level system with great text support, but as your business develops their are many offerings for extreme growth and sophisticated analytics.

Sophisticated product, HORRIBLE service!

I absolutely love the sophisticated system but the hardware is outdated, they take FOREVER to process your card payments and deposit the money into your account (especially for a small business) and tbe account managers suck balls!!! They get you to pay all this money for this expensive equipment and fail arty providing quality service. I've had three account managers and none id them do a good job and they take MONTHS to get anything done, if they get it done at all! This, of course, comes ...

Top Notch Support team!

Every interaction I have ever had with Lightspeed has been a positive one. They're always incredibly helpful with any issue I may have, no matter how small. Most recently they assisted me with some coverage issues with our ecommerce side of the business and I was delighted with how quickly everything was resolved!

The Stoned Crab Restaurant in Grand…

The Stoned Crab Restaurant in Grand Bahama has been using Lightspeed since we opened in Feb 2019. POS systems can be very intimidating, but Lightspeed has been very easy to use since the beginning. Their onboard sessions have been very helpful as well as their customer service if we ever have any issues. We would highly recommend Lightspeed for any restaurant!

The best P.O.S. to date

We've been using Lightspeed for over a year now and it's helped increase sales and inventory management. The system has great functions including a integrated e commerce when you choose the standard plan and above. It can also be used with almost any PC and or Ipad. If you want a way to generate more sales I recommend you ask for their Omni channel loyalty program plan. I truly recommend Lightspeed to business of all size! Juan Ramirez Oly's Home Fashion
