The internet is decent for the price
The internet is decent for the price, however the customer service is terrible. Over billing, not responding to inquiries, a general lack of communication, and very long wait times. I’d recommend investigating other options.

Great Fit
Lightspeed is a great fit for our small business. It is easy to navigate for multi users. It is funny how many small business I shop locally using Lightspeed. The customer service is always helpful. I am pleased with Lightspeed.

Poor CS
My experience is the same with the other 1 stars. Horrible cuatomer sercice and full ghost. I will be spreading the word this week at OSH. Hey, Lightspeed Check your voicemail. Dont bother responding with your email.or 866 number you answer neither.

Great Product
Bought this product after doing some research and was a great value. All other point of sale company required me to give them my mc/visa sales also Lightspeed gave me the option of going with them or keeping mine which i have had for like 20 years and have a great rate. They were kind enough to see if they could match my rate and could not This was a great option for me,and they could not even believe the rate i had. Their customer service is so bad that…
Their customer service is so bad that it often feels like you are dealing with scam artists instead of a company. No one knows the answer and they refuse to do work in the scope they cited

Easy, intuitive and great value too
We are a small not for profit and needed a system that was going to be easy enough to user for our rotation of unpaid volunteers as well as support some more custom workflows like bar tabs. Lightspeed was the sweet spot and offered great value as well. The UI is simple and elegant and the workflow is straightforward and logical. Small restaurant café POS system
We have been using lightspeed for many years now and absolutely love it! It is easy to modify the menu on the fly from your smart phone. Reports are top notch and easy to understand. Highly recommended for a small restaurant or cafe. Coho Joe Cafe in Sointula, BC.

I LOVE LIGHTSPEED
PROS: In my restaurant, we have been working with Light Speed from the opening in 2017, so over two years now, and me and my staff are very happy about.A special mention i want to do is the direct and quick Tech Support during the regular business hours of the day at every time, this aspect put Lightspeed above the competitors CONS: few aspect could be better, they are always improving and this is good but is still few thing need to work better
