Invest in you business futur …

I am The owner of a small store in Montreal called geekstuff and I was running a pos with a lot of restriction and was clearly not made by a compagny that understand retail, now that I switched to lightspeed, I feal it was the best business decision I made so far, all of the feature save me several hours a week. I love Lightspeed

I love Lightspeed. The cloud makes programming and adjusting on the fly easy. It’s super easy to train staff, split tables, access old bills and more. It works perfectly with how I run my business right now.

More than a POS

I really like how they are always integrating with new products and brands. Just like us, staying up to date with other companies. Their customer service is unmatched. I will keep renewing my contract yearly as I have been for the past five years. They are always willing to work with you. When covid hit things were slow and they called me with a solution to a lot of things that would drive people to my online store. They are more than a POS.

"Great POS system for restaurants!"

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Ease of use, and sleek design. Great support as well! What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? There were a few small functionality features that we disliked initially, but their support team took our feedback and fixed them for us. What problems is Lightspeed Restaurant solving and how is that benefiting you? We have multiple sites and restaurants and we can monitor them all remotely.

The last 2 years Lightspeed has chosen…

The last 2 years Lightspeed has chosen to shove major issues under the rug, refuses to address. Escalates to where? How would you rate a software that changes your cost of goods to ZERO? What about taking 2 months to fix an export issue? How about no updates on services offered. I could go on. Look else-ware...I am.

Great POS product, highly recommended!!

We're using Lightspeed now at almost 10 of our locations. Service is always on point, our rep Andrew is always there to answer questions when needed. They even added some functionality features to the app specific for us, which is almost unheard of in the industry. We use their POS at full service restaurants and cafeterias, even a few beavertails locations. Definitely recommend. Josh, Food services manager, Bytown Catering
