The absolute worst customer service

The absolute worst customer service. They were good untill they sold me the hardware and turned their back on me. I had to figure out everything on my own. Don't answer calls, messages, even the tech team say we will call you back but no response.

Horrible service, Much better options else where

PROS: The product looks nice if you spend the time to make it look nice. Else it looks very basic. CONS: Sales and their IPO is the only thing they are interested in. Once sale is are you realize nothing works correctly

Stay away from this fraud company

Stay away from this fraud company. Their sales agent, Hailey and entire team is a fraud people. Customer services is far from truth in this fraud company. Never call back. I posted another review and a fraud from this company replied and said they will get back to me. Till today no one did (just like all other times). Scam people out of their money and do not provide the service they charged for. They charged us, a non-profit $2000+ and never provided the service. Called many times and no ...

Stay away from this thiefs

One of the worst experience ever. Everything went well until I signed up and paid for a year fee. No answer from the sales rep regarding my account set up concerns. No answer from anyone. Emailed multiple times with no reply. Finally asked for a refund, suddenly rude sales rep called me and threatened saying that they dont refund me even though they were failed to set up my account. Small hospo businesses AVOID THESE SCAMMERS!

We’re a new hospitality business and have not received any of our money from the first 2 weeks of being open. We’re on to week 3 now and still no answers on their end. The system is slow and inefficient compared to other POS systems I’ve used and the hidden charges and fees are an absolute rort. Avoid these scammers at all costs. I have written a Lightspeed review before and sadly my opinion remains unchanged. The frontend of Lightspeed is from what I understand a pretty good interface. However, the backend software that interacts with your accounting software (in my case Xero) and the Lightspeed support team have many red flags particularly when you scale up your operations. Card Reader processes at LightSpeed!

I love the speed that Lightspeed processes customers transactions in the card reader. My only complaint is that the POS will occasionally freeze up and it has happened at the worst times when customers are waiting for their sale to be rung up. Other than that, I love it!

Great easy to use reports

Great easy to use reports. Great customer service, as well! Any issue that comes up (if the system goes down), you get emails letting you know the status. As well, customer service reps are VERY knowledgable about their products! Tony Benken Big Star Cigar Lounge

Amazing Restaurant POS

Lightspeed Restaurant is very easy to use, based on iOS platform makes it quick and there are many options and features to customize based on the needs of your restaurant. Particularly the integration with Deliverect has been very helpful and centralized all our deliveries easily and in one place along side our take out orders. Highly recommend Lightspeed Restaurant POS for your business if you are looking to get great value and efficiency!

Buyer beware!!! To any potential future customers, do yourself the favor and DO NOT purchase this software. My company signed up with them in May and paid up front for a years worth of service. However, in July, their software had a malfunction and reversed the authorization on our payments. I then had their collection teams and our account manager threatening us if we didn't pay again.
