Responsive customer service, awesome POS

We selected Lightspeed as our restaurant POS in 2018. I am always impressed at how responsive they are to any customer service or support request - they solve issues promptly and always follow up to ensure our success. I like the fact that they are so receptive to new feature requests and will even let us know when they've been implemented. Lightspeed is great software for small business

Lightspeed has been a great solution for my small business. The company made it easy to transfer my data from an old system. The ease of use for all levels of computer skills is nice. I have had a great experience with the customer service always having my questions answered.

My company proprietary data was compromised by their support team in the Philippines and this could not be resolved at the support team level. This was referred by me to the North American Relationship Manager but there was no attempt made by them to even investigate the case and they basically went silent. I was on another platform for a brief moment but after having numerous mental meltdowns trying to manage a large inventory with csv uploads and downloads I migrated everything to Lightspeed.
