We have Lightspeed Restaurant POS for our cocktail lounge at our boutique hotel and we love it! It's user-friendly, tech support is a call/click/email away and more importantly it integrates with our PMS at our hotel. We have even subscribed to the retail POS for our gift shop. Great product!

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? There is nothing to like about this software. The sales pitch is misleading and not what you get. What do you dislike about Lightspeed Restaurant? There is nothing good about this software. Responsive customer service, awesome POS
We selected Lightspeed as our restaurant POS in 2018. I am always impressed at how responsive they are to any customer service or support request - they solve issues promptly and always follow up to ensure our success. I like the fact that they are so receptive to new feature requests and will even let us know when they've been implemented.
