Great POS software for our brick and morter
We had used different POS for years. It constantly outdated and rigid to use. Lightspeed had been a breath of fresh air. Items were easy to populate with pre loaded catalogues from several industries. Customer service and support is top notch.

Happy overall
o/k , I have used another POS system prior to this one and love how easy it was to use but I did not like how dishonest they were in the monthly costs and then all of a sudden after the first year they come up with a yearly fee on top of the monthly fee so I switched to Lightspeed. It was harder to get going than the last system and I do like the features of the till display on the old system but I guess in time I will become accustomed to this new system. "Lightspeed POS"
What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Lightspeed Pos is a good system. I would recommend it to anyone. There is an item of note. Lightspeed gift cards need to provide a gift card receipt and have the ability to provide a printed balance to our guests. It doesn't do any of these as of right now. This software is missing a lot of features
This software is missing a lot of features and appears half finished. E-commerce integration is terrible and incomplete, stock sold online does not adjust stock levels in bricks and mortar store. There are a vast majority of missing features that should really exist given other point of sale options out there in 2022.

What do you like best about Lightspeed Restaurant? Lightspeed is an easy point-of-sales system to use, especially for small businesses. When we decided to explore for a new POS system for our business, we were looking for a system that would be very user friendly, easy to install, good solid remote help desk and overall, a system that would be speed up our service. Percfect for a small restaurant!
We are a small restaurant and we switch to Lightspeed 4 years ago. Everything has been a plus for us, the price, the simplicity of use, all the features that are helping us in our daily operation. In our business we need something reliable, we are not computer pro. And you dont want to change your system every year. We are very satisfy with the Ligntspeed POS for restaurant.
