Lightspeed is the bomb! Just what I needed for my campus bookstore!

This software is extremely user-friendly. With everything from the POS to back office functions I find it to be so useful. One of my favorite features is the inventory management! The reports you can run are very helpful, the way you can sort items on a PO, the quick edit feature... so many great areas of functionality! We love how easy this was to set up

We love how easy this was to set up. It does not require buying $20,000 worth of equipment like our first POS system did back in 2008. In fact it can easily be used with just an iPad! We are not computer savvy at all and this system has never confused us or new employees. We love everything about this system! HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wish I did not have to give lightspeed one star. It has been the most difficult program to use and the support is horrible. They have no idea how to help you. The support has no idea what to do. It has affected my business poorly and has cost money and time. Choose anything else but Lightspeed!! They hire great sales people who promise the world and you get scammed.
