Recommend for any small restaurant
We've been using Lightspeed Restaurant at The Greek Souvlaki House in Ottawa for over a year now and it's made a huge impact on the day to day in the restaurant. We moved from Squirrel POS and the difference has been night and day. From speed, ease of use for new staff, customization, and to be able to make quick changes on the go & the amount of full integrations they offer has made it defiantly worth it for us. Highly recommend to any small restaurant.

Lightspeed is the whole package
Lightspeed is the whole package. Please let me explain: Our group's bookstore desperately needed a POS/Inventory system. No way to track inventory or profit margin. Also want to note that it's just myself. I am responsible for the book work of 18 churches within our group as well as the Christian Bookstore store front and everything involved with that. Lightspeed has it all for Small Biz
I switched over to Lightspeed two years ago, and my experience has been positive. The start up training and ongoing support is very good, and the seamless connection from POS, back office, and payments works perfectly. I recommend this company for your small business needs.

Grass Roots Health has two retail locations in two adjacent states and a wholesale dispensary. We were entirely analog previously and had even tried a different POS system initially. When I was looking for a POS system for my retail store lightspeed came up on my search, so I gave them a call spoke to a sales rep and he explained all the details and what to do. It was so easy and quick to get the system great customer service in everyway.

2 WEEK OLD USER! TRUE REVIEW AFTER 2 WEEKS.
Customer Support: 2 out of 5 Software 4 out of 5 Customer Service: I currently have been using Lightspeed and I signed on about 2 weeks ago. In these past 2 weeks it has been hard to get in touch with individuals over the phone like 1.5 hr wait till I gave up.
