I started using Lightspeed about a year…
I started using Lightspeed about a year ago when I entered the retail business. It has been super easy to navigate and if I do have a problem, tech support is just a phone call away and has always help solved the problem. Would recommend Lightspeed to any and all business, new or old.

Very user friendly system.
Lightspeed has been a great POS for us. It is user friendly and is constantly being updated with improvements. Since it is cloud based, I can take it anywhere and review transactions and reports from home. The support team is very helpful and knowledgable. We currently have Lightspeed Retail and Ecom. Lightspeed - Highly recommend as POS
We have been using Lightspeed POS since 2012 and recently converted to cloud based Lightspeed Retail. My company, Akasha's Den, has relied on Lightspeed for all our everyday transactions and reporting. I own a small chain of retail stores…
I own a small chain of retail stores and have been using Lightspeed Retail for over 6 years now. I can't imagine using any other POS system as the software is very user friendly, and if there are any issues that pop up, their customer service techs are knowledgeable, efficient and very friendly too. I highly recommend using this service if you are serious about doing any type of retail.

I have been using Lightspeed Retail ever since I opened my dog supply retail store (Total Dog Company, New Hope, MN) in 2013. The functionality (and price) has grown over the years. Still easy to learn and use for my staff and me. Tech support is mixed--some techs are more helpful than others. Chat is definitely preferable because at least you know where you are in the queue; with phone, you have no clue how long you'll be on hold.

Worst customer services ever!
Worst customer services ever! 1.begins with enthusiastic and attentive sales BEFORE you sign with them. 2.Took them almost a week and half to response about POS terminal issues passively AFTER signed a plan with them 3.Technical support is a nightmare, they never answers calls and only responses through live chat with 10mins per sentences on average. lightspeed sales and turtlespeed support

Take the plunge, get Lightspeed
Started with Lightspeed during covid, and it was possibly one of the best decisions we could have made for our restaurant. We are now able to accurately determine quantities of items sold and see what menu items are performing under to be able to advertise and highlight those items.
