Lightspeed revolutionized

Lightspeed has completely revolutionized how we do business. The POS system we were using was built primarily for the food service industry. It was difficult to try and track inventory by size in our retail shop. Lightspeed solved all of that at a more affordable price point!

Lightspeed is fantastic for our…

Lightspeed is fantastic for our business. Any time I have a problem I can call them and they are able to guide me through what ever has to be done to resolve it. They follow up with an email explaining the procedure, step by step. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to set up a point of sale and inventory for their business.

We find that Lightspeed works well for…

We find that Lightspeed works well for us. I like the ability to choose Inventory or Non-Invertory (for practitioner services). I love the Tags which allows us to say what health conditions a specific product if beneficial for and have just discovered the option that allows us to do up special occasion packages. The Help desk has been wonderful.

A good retail system

Lightspeed is a good retail system. I particulary like the reporting side of Lightspeed. It also has a good help desk and just about everything you need for a retail store.

Neworld Cycle Lightspeed POS Review

We've been using Lightspeed POS since 2016 as our POS and inventory system. The interface is really easy to use. Customer data is captured for follow-up, marketing and helps when repeat customers can't remember what the purchased or sizes, etc. There are many sales/inventory categories which can be customized. Reports capture everything you probably want to know about your business. Information can be exported into Excel for further analysis.

Excellent guest experience and operational efficiency.

Signing on with Lightspeed has been a great move for our restaurant. Over the last few years we have been making major improvements to our restaurant experience and Lightspeed definitely helps us provide a great experience for guests and allows us to function as efficiently as possible. Having Lightspeed access at our…

Having Lightspeed access at our fingertips has been invaluable. Tracking sales and margins in real time and having reports to base future projections has been very positive for our business. Lightspeed is easy to work with and find all the information that you need. It works great with our 3rd party website to upload all our inventory on a continual basis. Any concerns or questions we have are answered quickly and thorough.

I said that I wouldn't do this as I don't think this is the place to raise a concern however I have an open ticket with Vend now Lightspeed since January. Its quite a critical issue that is stopping me sync my new products from woocommerce to my epos so not something I can do without. Despite countless unanswered and long awaited email replies the ticket has been passed from person to person with no one offering a solution.
